Mike: I would guess you'll have to do custom stamps. Which is not that big of a problem because they are easy to get pretty much anywhere. You can get self inking stamps or the old fashioned style.

I used Terrain Phantom Camo (http://www.terrainphantom.com/store_stencil.html) , I was very pleased with the results. I base coated the boat and then air brushed the stencils. I used flat marine enamel from Lock Stock & Barrel / Lou Tisch.
