I am looking for some suggestions or input on the best way to stencil a boat both topside and the hull for it to blend in the marsh. Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated- Thanks- Tom

Tom,there are many different stencils out there,I have used Styx river and a some from Cabelas, pic the one that matches your terrain, experiment on cardboard for practice,I use a airbrush, but it takes a long time to do,also get some sprayon adhesive for stencils, this will aid you in painting process, you can also make your own stencils,my wife made my grass pattern for my bb3,i would practice some on cardboard to get the look you want, hope this helps, let me know if I can help ya out,you can also look up my bb3 build and see the stencil work that I did,Brian

I used Terrain Phantom Camo (http://www.terrainphantom.com/store_stencil.html) , I was very pleased with the results. I base coated the boat and then air brushed the stencils. I used flat marine enamel from Lock Stock & Barrel / Lou Tisch.

Chris Geminski helped me camo my southbay this past year. Before and after pics here under cgeminski. Start with Lou's FME and apply dark colors first going to light last.
