Steve Sanford - Behr Paints Spreadsheet

Thanks Dave, I will save this for the day when I develop enough talent to use them. Actually I could use puddle duck colors. Nice work on the data base.

    I'm still here

Dave, I wouldn't have been great company the last couple days but it would have been great to meet you. Have to keep in mind if our paths should overlap in the future. Looks like I might be able to make a break for it Tues., at least that's what it looks like today. Great to hear your transplant...

Bow stored fuel tanks, sending unit

Close but not quite, the fuel pump is not centrifugal. That would be the water pump. Only time anything "sucks" is when it doesn't work. That last little bit up the fuel line is still atmospheric pressure (14.7 p.s.i. aprox.) pushing the fuel all the way from the tank. I suppose ideal would be...

Bow stored fuel tanks, sending unit

It probably will work either way but what has to be considered is how the fuel system works. If the primer bulb is in the back atmospheric pressure is what pushes the fuel through the line to the fuel pump. The primer bulb is only used to fill the fuel line when the engine is not running. If the...

    I'm still here

A quick update from Mayo Clinic Rochester MN. So far I have done all the steps of stem cell transplant pretty much on schedule or even a bit ahead. No kidding there have been a few really rotten days but every day there has been progress of some sort. Now my lab work is getting very close to...

Rob, If you need a 4" hatch cover, give me a PM and I can get you one or more of those. That's what I did on my Broadbill.

    Arrowed my first buck.

Crossbow!! Next you will be raging on me to get some robo ducks or put a scope on my .50 Hawkin. The debate rages on. Once I get out of here then MAYBE there could be one of those funny things that geezers use in the archery season. I also am a big fan of dropping deer next to the truck. Truly I...

    Arrowed my first buck.

That warm weather hunting does have an appeal. Nice shooting. It does take the pressure off to have one in the freezer.

    trailer license plates

Don't mean to rub it in but one of the few things Minn. has done right is a permanent sticker on the tongue once and for all. In the same line of thought though I mounted LED tail lights on top of boarding guides AND run a dedicated ground wire to each light so you don't rely on grounding...

How Has Aging Affected How You Hunt?

As I am in the middle of treatment for multiple myloma I have time to reflect on seasons past and how they have changed. First off I have fewer buddies to hunt with which some times is not a bad thing, Booker always listens and never laughs. Second, limits are not nearly as important or...
