Are we all faling apart at once?

Hey Brian, It's the hazardous work invironment. Didn't they tell you about that in those education classes. Those little kids will kill you. I barely made it out alive. Hope you doing better. Bill

    Cute kid story.

Hey Guys, Just wait, Judy and I have our 13 year old niece living with us and we are constantly inundated with teenage girls and their crises. Some are sooo funny and when I chuckle sometimes my niece says, "Don't laugh Uncle Bill, this is really serious." It's a real change after raising...

    The band dance

You know Pete, it took me 54 years to get my first band. It was a Canada that was banded about 5 miles from where I shot it here in Maine. That was in 2006 and last year I got another Canada with a band that was only 6 numbers off from the first. Don't give up, it all luck. Bill

Hi Mark, Yea, I'm out here. I usually check the forum in the morning. I haven't done much sea duck hunting lately but have been out for the puddlers and divers a few times. I got a chuckle out of the BBSB chatter going on. I had shoulder surgery thhis summer and am not recovered enough to...

    Posted for Kevin Weir....Deer hunt...

Hi Guys, I just this past week received my flintlock kit from Jim Chambers. I spent the better part of a year researching and talking to experts about the project and all said that Chambers was the best. I got the Mark Silver Virginia rifle model. My choice was made as what might have...

    rail

Hi Bill, I don't know about being a great rail hunter but I'm one of the few rail hunters around. The regular Merrymeeting gunning float in addition to all of it's other attributes makes a really decent rail boat. You can attach a small motor if you have to travel a bit to get to the gunning...

duckboats.net is 10 (now 20). Can you believe it?

Hey Eric, Happy birthday to the "Page". Thanks for all the time you've put in giving a lot of guys a ton of pleasure. I was talking to Alvin a while back about the boat page and the most fasinating thing about it to me is how many guys and gals who have never built a boat, carved and painted...

Here's a neat Vintage Gun Org.

Well Dave, I'm going to have to make you feel bad because I injured it in February this year. One of the other guys in the office (about 30 years my junior) plays on the same team told everyone that I tripped over the blue line. He may have been right as I was pretty tired and caught an edge...

Here's a neat Vintage Gun Org.

One year at the Sandanona Vintage Cup a young gentleman showed up at the first station with an over and under. No one said a thing but when he shot the judge called "Lost pair" no matter how he shot. So you can shoot and O/U at a Vintage event but you can't hit any target. There is still a...

    Gus' resting place.

That's exactly what I decided to do several years ago. I've got 3 sons and I told them that when I was gone each of them would have a special decoy with a third of my ashes inside and they agreed to take me hunting at least once a year. Bill Wasson

    NDR Entertainment

Hey Joe, Those are some great shots. Some of the guys here in the office sailed Optimus prams when they were kids so everyone was copying that link. Those Argentinians are as crazy as the Aussies. Thanks again, Bill

Michael Dickerson - Answer to your question...

Michael, I was refering to an event that occured on Steve Sutton's boat a few years back. Something to do with high speed and shorcuts, tide tables and mud bars, and lots of humor at Steve's expense. Bill

Michael Dickerson - Answer to your question...

your boat will run is 4 inches of mud. And depending on how fast you're going it will go quite some distance at which time the big question is, "Oh my God, is the tide ebbing or flooding?????" Bill
