I'd spend the whole week on the Olympic Peninsula. Hoh rain forest, Neah Bay, Quinault Lodge, Dungeness Spit, Port Townsend. Then head south for Westport, Long Beach Peninsula, and Cape Disapointment. Great area. I was just there! -

I love my Beavertail but there is one thing I've never seen anyone complain about (except me in my head). The Beavertail folds to one side. If you are out in the right conditions with freezing spray, it could be dangerous with all that ice building up on one side. I had to stop and break it up...

It should shrink a bit if you wear it in the rain a time or two. I wear xl and have a xxl tincloth outfitter that shrunk down nicely after a while. In my opinion, things are getting weird at Filson's. Not what they used to be. -
