They are made from fiberglass. Really nice boats. They hide well, and with a 25hp tiller, they can really moved out.

This is my 14' Federanko with a 40hp Yammy with electric tilt and trim. I LOVE this boat!! Needs some fresh salt hay and it is ready to go.

Brian,

Can you take a pic of the front bungee that you use to keep the front flap down? Looking for ideas to keep it under wraps while boat is underway or trailering.
 
Mike, I took a pic but with the grass you cant really see it. All it is is two black plastic eyes for a bimini top. One on each side and a peice of black shock cord run thru them and knotted on each end. If that makes any sense...lol

Did you drill a hole through the front deck area to attach the plastic eyes?
I wa trying to stay away from putting additional hole in the boat or I'll end up like Mike in SJ looking to fill them in :0)
 
Mike- are those Federanko's still being made? Are they setup for a long shaft or short shaft engine? Do you recall what the hull costs?

Mike I have a hole in the top of my gunning flap and a loop of bungee cord that slips over the closest grass rail it's a very simple setup if ya want I'll text you a pic after work
 
Mine is a long shaft 40. It's also 14 inches from the cavitation plate to the bottom of the skeg so good thing I have electric trim.

Donny hasn't made them in a few years. Jode filled me in on the particulars. Mine is a 2005 and I think he stopped around 2007 or so.

I dont know what the hulls went for, but I am told the 14 was around $6,000. It is supposed to have 7 layers of glass for added strength as well.
