Does anyone know the beam and gunwale height of a 1995 Alaskan. I have the specs for 2007, but want to make sure the older models have the same dimensions.

Kirk,
They do not have the same dimensions. The hull underwent at least two major design changes since the 1995 model.
The latest is the IPS hull, then the previous generation which I think they called the Lund true-v (like both of mine) and then the one you are looking for dimensions on (pre-1998 or so).
