60 new wood duck boxes

In March over sixty new wood ducks boxes will be placed .Up and down the Hudson River Valley in New York State. I have been placing wood duck Boxes out in the field for nearly forty years. A group of proud people have been building them for years. With help from the state and county and other groups. We have been on point helping nature get even better for everyone of us. Hunters like you and I do much! much! more then just kill pretty birds. Other then GOD himself! We are the reason why many animals and birds as well as lands are doing so well today. And I am one Sportsmen that is dam proud of that. I know each and everyone of you feel the same way. Do what you can, when you can. Nothing is to small, Or to big, Failing is only something that you tried to do . That did n't go your way. Nice. One of these days I really want to get going on doing this. Probably just too much inertia so far. Likely the smart thing for me to do is try to find somebody locally who is already doing it and to seek to learn from them.

In any case, know that you are helping inspire me.

There really isn't any wrong way to make a wood duck boxes. Heck they go into a hollow tree lots of time. You can get plans and learn how to put them up all over the internet. Give it a try. They work for sure. One box might be eight to ten or more wood ducks where you hunt. Nothing like putting back into nature. If you need help. Just write and I'll do what I can.
