A question for the gun experts

A question for the gun experts on the forum. A friend of mine wants to sell his Beretta BL-1, 12 gauge bored full / modified. I would say the gun is 85%. I can’t find any for sale on line to give me an approximate price. Best guess I have is that since it is fixed choke, dual triggers and no ejectors that it would be between $250 to $350 dollars. How close is my guess? I think the only market for the gun would be someone that needs a BL-1 to round out a collection.

I'd say that is plenty. Make sure you like it before buying it. I bought an old SKB 12ga O/U that had the barrels cut to 20" and the stock cut down for a short guy..paid 250 for it and can't get rid of it. It is death on skeet though.
