Afternoon mixed bag

Did an afternoon hunt with my buddy John. Tried a new spot today, after setting up a pair of widgeons flew in and I shot my first one, a drake. Today lots of ducks flew into our spread, lots of action. John had a pair of mallards and a Black duck. We left them flying today.. Total 3 Mallards (2 drakes) 2 blacks and the drake widgeon. Great hunt, great weather, great camaraderie... Rich

Just FYI.... NY State Law requires the use of a PFD while under power in boats less than 21ft between November 1st and May 1st. I have heard of several guys getting tickets.

your right Chris.. I have them in the boat and should wear it. Gonna pick up a inflatable pdf for more comfort...
