Tom,

I just use the Microsoft paint program. Pull up you picture then click the image button. You'll see stretch/skew. It's a little guess work at first but I know if I go 30% on my photos it gets the file under the 100kb limit. Good luck. I want to see your pictures.

No problem Pete. Otto was just doing what dogs do. We've got a 90lb lab and believe me he's impaled many a "dog" toy.
