Anyone recognize this boat? Don' t recall seeing one like this before and was wondering if it was commercial or hand built. Looks like a neat little boat.

Bill, it is listed as an Arthur Armstrong Wigeon, though honestly the raised portion of the foredeck is not something I had seen before. Maybe someone modified it for added storage below deck? I have been searching for a Wigeon/Blackjack type hull to modify myself.
