August "Whats on your workbench?"

I believe my stars came into alingment today. Woke up early had a nice work out and was able to do some gardening in the nice cool morning. After the family was up and ready for the day the wife suggested I stay out in the garage and work on some ducks?????? WOW!!!!

Have not had a good day of painting without any issues since she stopped traveling every week for work. Had them all bumped and combed all I needed to do was put their clothes on today.

Ok, guys bare with me on the pictures. I'm going to have to upload them from another computer in the morning.

I thought while I was placing them in the que, I'd go ahead and post the latest installment of my progress on the Ring Neck decoy from the cut-out that John Lawrence sent me. The box in the background is the case I'm going to pack all my tools, equipment and this decoy up in and mail back to the house, (I was doing a test fitting this evening, so I thought I take a few pictures). I'm going to keep a Flex-Cut knife and strop to do some more fish lures with because I can carry them home in my pockets.

Pictures added, finnally. On a side note, does anyone have some good reference pictures of bill details for a Ringneck? I ordered a study bill from MDI but I think they've quit carrying them, in that the item was not shipped nor backordered.

Thanks
Mike

Pat I really like those classic Ill. River pattern decoys. Nice lines.

Well, The Swan was at long last dry enough to be rigged and float tested..........now on to finishing a few GW and BW teal..............
