Paul,
I don't have any with those shells but I would question the need for special shells at all on snow geese. In my experience they are the easiest waterfowl to bring down. Pass shooting with plain old #2's and over the decoys. If you put a few pellets in them they are coming down. They seem much softer then say a mallard as far as killing goes.
I have a friend in Santa Fe who swears by Black Cloud however I do know that he really likes to shoot Canada geese. Now saying all that, Paul, the last time I put down a snow goose, it was with a 3"---2 shot and I was pass shooting.

Thanks guys. I am heading to Saskatchewan in mid October for a week of hunting. We plan to do some snow goose shooting and wondered about these loads. From the sounds of it I will likely just use my regular 3" loads.
If you are using a guide 3" shells will be fine. Our guide usually had the birds between 20-30 yards when he called the shot. If your going up on your own and plan on doing some pass
shooting you would be better off bring a box or two instead of needing them. You will need to check on the regs as we were only allowed to bring 4 boxes of shells into Canada when we went. We purchased shells at a Walmart in Saskatoon and the selection wasn't great. One guy had mailed a flat of ammo to the guide before we arrived, great idea but again check the regs as the laws tend to change. Good luck and try not to stare opened mouth at all of the birds you are going to see it's unreal
Crossing borders isn't an issue as the three of us live in Canada in three different provinces. Funny thing is that we met shooting trap at a club when we all lived in the same city in Ontario and now we are spread across the country.
I was intrigued by the BC Snow Goose loads as they are half the price of regular Black Cloud. It sounds like I will stick to my regular shells and not worry about it. I am really pumped about this hunt. After a lifetime of hunting in Ontario I am looking forward to something different.
Paul,
I shoot 23/4inch xpert all the time up there. Mainly shoot ducks, but have killed my fair share of snows with #4's. Most of the time both snows and ducks decoy, we don't skybust. That would take the fun out of it.
