Blue winged beauties...

The habitat at our duck club this year is exceptional. I love it when it greens up with moist soils. Consequently, the teal are there. Excellent weekend for bluewings. Lots in the area...

Our first two teal in the bag were in honor of Jim Schmiedlin...

My two buddies patented this rack for the back of an ATV. It is excellent for taking gear into remote areas... Visit them at http://qwakgear.com/home

Good to see kids and gals in the blind. I took my friend and his daughter out on youth day and she had a blast, her second duck ever was a blue wing.

Would love to be part of our own a club someday. Here's to hoping. Looks like a lot of fun.

You folks had a good shoot. I really enjoy teal hunting, even with all the sweating and mosquitos. Also I really enjoy eating teal. We used to pluck them all and throw 10 at a time in the turkey frier for 10 minutes. Good eating.

There should be more coming your way. I saw some tonight when I hiked back into a wetland with just a little water in it and llots of vegetation. I am hoping they will stick around till the weekend.

Pat-

Great photos. It sure looks like a real good time and would appear that Lord has blessed your guys this year. I know Tyler and I would love to make it back to hunt with you again. I am sure I can speak for Mike as well.

Tyler and I will be floating the your GWT that you had carved for Jim and kindly posted for the contribution to ALS research. We will likely float it on a couple of hunts and then place it back on the mantle in the living room.

May God continue to richly bless you for all that you do to honor Him.
