Just wondering if anyone knows what kind of boat this is? I don't have a picture of a hoefgen duck boat, but remember it having similar lines to this one...

Its only $100 and I might have to go take a look if anyone can recognize it. Thanks for any help..

Is it fiberglass or alum? If I was closer you wouldn't have a chance, I would say grab it!! $100 doesn't buy what it used to. Nice lines. Is it heavy? Good Luck.

Glass double end skiffs were so prevalent in my area, trying to track down the origins is near impossible, unless someone with the same boat recognizes it. The boats were originally used for hunting, fishing, and trapping, and most the local men owned at least one. "Backyard" glass operations were numerous.

Sorry I couldn't be more help. I agree $100 is a bargain, if the hull will let you remain upright. I have been in a few that could be used for lumberjack log rolls!

let me know if you decide not to buy it please....
