Yes. It should have a HIN scratched in it on or near the transom based on the two I've owned. It should say MLB somewhere.
 
On second thought, somebody bought the molds about ten years ago and made some. If its more recent than about 2010 its probably the newer manufacturer. I can see some of the HIN on the starboard chine under the tie down strap.

Yes it is. Mark Rongers sold his boat business, (in 2010, if memory serves me) to the fiberglass shop which was producing the hulls for him at that time. I purchased the last Chuck Huff produced while Mark still owned the business.
