Brandon’s Black Brant III build.

Looking great man! Isn't it great to see the boat in another setting other than on the work table? My friend and I carried it out of the garage and it looked so different. I was secretly hoping everyone in the neighborhood would come out of their houses and gawk in amazement. No one even drove by. Oh well, I was still impressed.

Is the Xynole fabric like a canvas? I have heard of it but didn't really do any investigating on it.
You may have some fairing to do but it will be well worth it in the long run with the protection she'll have.

Keep those pics coming. Oh and by the way, looks like you'll be pulling ahead soon.

Eric,
My laptop is going to the garage with me most nights. Its nice I can look something up if I have a question and I listen to the music from it. Funny thing is what I noticed there was a heavy alternative song on every time I started to put the fabric on a fillet. Must of been the timing.

Charlie, I was to tired to stop and look at her last night but this morning I cut the fabric off while it was still green. I took a few minutes to look it over. Its nice to see the bottom of the boat.

James, Xynole is similar to the standard glass as far as the way it looks. Its just suposed to be stronger and handle abrasion beter. Aparently its also a hog with epoxy. Its strange because it wets out white instead of clear.
