Last time this boat hit the water was 2012. Sad really but I held on to it for three moves and it's in excellent shape. I wanted to make some changes/improvements on what I could remember I didn't like about it.
- moved the fuel tank to the front of the boat under the deck. Hope the little motor can draw the fuel down 10' of fuel line. Does fine at idle, we'll see under load at WOT
- clothe motor cover with loops for grass
- built a floor and back rest. My butt on the floor was always cold and wet. Back rest can go on either end
- full grassing. I totally underestimated my grass needs. ;-)
The camo clothe I resin'd onto the boat has held up really well. The grass rails are in need of some repairs but for this year they will be OK
I REALLY want to make a dodger but it prob won't happen this year. I will steal the design from this thread:
