Burlap Decoy question

I have a bunch of old foam decoys made from a mold, my Dad made these back in the 80's I think his friend made the mold. I would like to redeploy these decoys but they need some repair I was thinking of burlaping the bodys and buying some herters heads, most of the bills are broken off the originals. Is there any link or thread on this forum for a step by step procedure for burlaping decoys. Thanks in advance Rich Newman.

I've been making some decoys from burlapped pink foam (used landscaping burlap and Acrylpro). It seems to be working well so far. Hope to get them painted and in the water this season to see how they hold up.
