Calling all Estuary owners

Good evening all. I?m asking for any information on the Estuary. I will be a proud new (to me) owner of an Estuary. David Clark is currently going over the boat to make sure everything is in tip top shape before I pick it up in a week. I grew up hunting out of a sneakbox in NJ and I?m looking forward to hunting out of one again here on the tidal marshes of the eastern shore of Virginia Thanks for any information.

This season is the first year I've hunted my, new to me Estuary, which is my first BBSB style boat too. I'm loving every aspect of the Estuary and BBSB style of hunting. I'm impressed with the quality of the Estuary, it is solid and well made. I feel invisible hunting out of it, I really need to take pictures of the boat in the marsh during a hunt.

For now I can only offer pictures from my new happy place

This is taken sitting in the boat.

Looks good, I just picked up my boat yesterday. I?ve started to get all my things together to put into the boat. I?m going to start grassing it up shortly and have it ready for Virginia?s opener.

I'm using grass mats now, but thinking of using salt grass from the marsh on the dodger instead. I think I'll bring a garage bag and fill it with salt grass after my hunting Monday. I'll try to use my new Woodsman's Pal to cut it down.

Good Morning Tom,

You will love the Estuary, I have #27 that Dave Clark built then I purchased it from one of the members here in the forum.

In rough water it handles like a dream and super safe.

Enjoy the season with your new boat.

After a hunt, getting ready to go back in the garage
Man....I miss her :-(

I'm trying to take good care of her. I joked with my friend that I was selling the Estuary, because I got skunked 3 times in a row! I finally found the spot in the marsh yesterday, that I've never been able to get to with the last boat, too big, and poof! No ducks flying in the marsh!
