I have heard St. Lawrence Outfitters just across the border are respectable, I haven't hunted with them personally but they are active in many of the Ontario wide DU/Delta fundraisers.

As Mark said Call Dave at SLO I used them for a snow goose hunt this fall they will put you on birds !
