Capt. "No Fear"

I thought at first it was just going to b another day at the lake with Chaco and Chili. Wrong. This was just his second time swimming at the lake.

All of a sudden it was like Chaco learned how to fly. Even Chili was beginning to learn to stay the heck out of his way.

Another first for Capt. "No Fear"---he beat Chili to the bumpers and got his pick of the two.

Hey, I'm #1!!!!

I must apologize for the first couple of shots. I had focused in on Chili and when I yelled "Dead Bird", little did I know that Capt. "No Fear" would be trying to leap over her. He came out of nowhere.

He landed on the other side of her.

This time I thought I was prepared for that little tiger but he caught me off guard again.

No doubt about it, Chaco knows that between point A and point B, a straight line is the quickest way. He tried it again but this time ended up pushing Chili's head down with his paw.

He seems to be afraid of nothing.

Once again he stuck his head under water looking for the bumper. In his excitement to get it sometimes he pushes it down in the water with his paw.

"Good boy, Chaco."

Bev and I sure had fun this morning.

Chaco is going to be a first class waterdog I think you should enter him for the olympics at free style, when chilli gets to old to hunt which dog will take over from her, will it be salsa or chaco. As always mate a nice set of photos thanks for posting them.

Al, You named Chaco wrong, you should have name him Mark Spitz, after the olympic gold medal swimmer.

Its all about Building that Bond.

Right now, Eddie, Pepper is in the second slot with Salsa coming third. After that it will be a toss up with Cayenne and Chaco. The last two are coming along so nicely that by the season is here, who knows what will happen. I want to take my time with the chocolates kind of like what you did with Amber. Maybe by the end of this season like in the latter part of December and January, I will take them along. We'll see.

I remember when Mark Spitz won all his medals. That was exciting. This young pup does not hesitate for sure. The only other pup that I have had like Chaco is Pepper. She, too, likes flying through the air. I will take her down where I hunt ducks before season just to let her get used to the area. Just makes things safer. Looks like with this tyke I'll have to do the same. Boy is he fun.
