Carol has to have surgry

As a few of you know my wife Carol has to have Gallbladder surgery tomorrow. They will be doing laparoscopic surgery if every thing goes right. I guess I am a lot more nervous than she is. The last time she had surgery it was a close touch and go. I don't know if I am over that yet. If it was me I would be as cool as a cucumber. I would like you to keep her in your thought and prayers.

Pete,

Tough to hear, aweful thing to have your wife going under the knife and not being able to do anything. I'm sure youi know this, but... everybody talks like Laparoscopy is an instant heal, but it does beat the body up a lot. She may be "up and around" quickly, but it takes quite a while to fully recover. Its tough, but get your own beers from the fridge for a week to 10 days, at least .

I have a friend who just had this done last week, along with a hysterectomy at the same surgery. She is doing great! Took a few hours from start to stop, I know how hard it is during the waiting...

Good thing to get it done now before season starts right???
