Cinnamon/Bluewing?

Look at the bird in the 2nd picture in Example "B".

He's like ....."Here's my impression of a John Lawrence palm frond decoy "

Todd ;)

That's funny Todd... I saved that picture in my "Frond Reference" folder. I am working on an all wood teal rig that will include a frond, that pic will be the inspiration for that specific decoy.

Very cool pictures we dont see any cinnamon's here on the east coast but there is always someone who claims they have, and I never knew about the eye color difference...

Glad you liked the pictures, Jayson.

These are fantastic. Do you have larger format orginals you could email of the closeups, or are these the only size you have? I would love to use them as reference for furture decoys...

Geoff

Geoff, I went through my shots and don't have them. About a year ago I erased 3,000+ pictures off of Picasa when I hit the wrong button. The only ones saved are on my Photobucket account. If you find some pictures for reference that you like, by all means, use them.

Hi Adam,

That beautiful shot of that flock of F-16s is appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to post it. You, sir, live in God's Country!

Thanks, I often forget or dont notice the background in my shots, and it takes someone else to always remind me just how lucky I am to live where I do. Wouldnt change it for anything, well maybe the flooded rice fields of cali or arkansas hahaha.

I had a big sept, early goose first week, crabbing in washington, moose hunting up north, trying to find canvasbacks the last week of sept. Saw alot of this province.

Al, the pics look great as always. My middle son Henry who is 13 is also my company photographer and would like to know what type of camera you use. Any help would be appreciated.
