Cleaning Synthetic Stocks

Anyone have a recommendation on a good cleaner for synthetic stocks? I'm trying to sell my Nova (See the Classifieds!) and I would like to try to clean it up a little better. While we all know that a dirty stock doesn't effect how a gun functions, it sure does seem to effect re-sale value.
I tried some windex type cleaner but that river delta mud is tough stuff and is holding on. Any other recommendations?

Try something with a good foaming/sudsing action to lift the dirt out of the porous surface. Maybe try scrubbing with a bristle brush?

Run it through the dishwasher.

After the dishwasher or scrub brush method, spray it with ArmorAll or something similiar and wipe it down well. It'll shine like a new penny.

Well, we only have one dishwasher in our house, and that would be ME!

I would use dish detergent, and a rag. Let the sock forend and the buttpad soak to loosen up the grime.
