He's already visibly bigger in just a week! And he likes to bite me, and I think we got that sorted out yesterday. Pretty amazing to see how he figures things out.

Not much is cuter then a puppy with a beard... in a canner. Yeah, nipping is one of those things best stopped ASAP.

The beard looks great. A friend of mine has a wire haired pointer that had a tete-a-tete with his Chesapeake Bay retirever when in heat, voila, here came the puppies. I kind of wanted one but the time isn't right at our home, but they are great looking dogs. I think they are going to be fine hunting dogs as I am sure yours will be also.
