Looks like he got caught trying to dive. A couple of my dogs learned to dive for cripples.

Brandon, I agree with John on the picture. Here's a picture of my ol' boy Kodi in his younger days and he did in fact dive and fully submerge to get the bird.

that truly is a wonderful photo,worthy of a calendar or book cover. Nice looking decoys in the background, too,though I couldn't make out what they were.
