Dani's post on Sage grouse made me yearn for years past when I made elaborate journeys crossing off various birds, here's some random photos. the board could always use more photos

Congratulations. Your doing and enjoying your lifestyle & passion, while Your YOUNG. Salude!

Keep that up and you will get the "I'VE BEEN EVERYWHERE" tag also... hheee hheee hheeee.

These are those "back in the day" trips that we all like to look back on and talk about!

Yep T. Dat their be a true mud boat.

Seeing that pick makes me miss our old mud boat, had a chevy big block in it and would carry six and gear to the blind, also used it to cut the flotoun loss and open the ponds back up each year.

Guy I hunted with when I first moved to Mobile was from S. Louisiana.
He talked about his family having a boat like that at their camp.
Said they would tow guys in a line of pirogues behind it.
As they went by assigned hunting spots, the next to last guy would release the pirogue behind him until everyone was dropped off and the mud boat parked.

Great photos on your bunch of grand adventures!

Of course, my favorite photo is that old Mud Boat.

All the best,

SJS

I liked the way you made your priority list then crossed the hunts off one by one with some great hunts and beautiful pictures. Thanks, Kris.

Great pictures and memories. Experiences are something you can never put a price on, or discount the recollections of. You've had some good ones! That duck tub looks a little scary though!

Nice Kris! The duck tub sure was a fun hunt. Neat to see that someone else on the board got up there and was able to enjoy the duck tub as well.

Lots of neat memories for sure
