Daughter's first duck....

Here is Sydney's first duck. Mallard hen shot at 20 yards with a 20 ga. She has informed me it will not be the last. I have been so fortunate to see her get her first duck and Brutus (black lab) perform almost flawlessly in his first season.

We had to go check out the wings over the prarie festival Saturday after the hunt.

One more of the newest duck hunters in the family.

Thanks guys. I couldn't be more proud of her. Shortly after informing me that she wanted to get some more ducks, she pointed out she has yet to bag a deer. Looks like I'll be in the blind at some point this year. Funny thing about her shooting. She has yet to miss anything I have told her to shoot. Even shot a bottle off a string it was hanging on with her .22.
