Dear DHBP brothers and sisters, I don't know if you saw this or not, so...

Dear brothers and sisters,

First off, a very Blessed, very Merry Christmas to all of you here at the DHBP.

I wanted to introduce you to a really neat concept in fishing and hunting websites. That would be hookandhunttv.com

Owned and operated by Jim Crowley, this website, now in it's 10th year, offers online footage of fishing and hunting experiences that Jim has encountered in his travels. My Godson Johnny and I had the distinct pleasure of introducing Jim to layout hunting just before our season ended here in NW Indiana. We got out on Lake Michigan for a fun day with the birds.

The clip can be seen on the Homepage. Just click on the frame that states; "Layout Duck Hunting".

Jim is a strong Christian and a great guy. We really hit it off. I suggest you drop in on his page from time to time, or sign up for his newsletters. Always entertaining, and it's free.

God Bless All, this Christmas Season!

I believe Jim is registered here and we are glad to have him. I enjoyed the video and as always you spread your enthusiasm for layout hunting with class and distinction. Thanks for sharing that with us and here's to a prosperous 2010 for the MLB.

Blake and I watched the video the other day, very cool! I've never been out in a layout boat before and the video gives you a great first hand feeling of just how cool it is! Got Blakes blood pumping for sure!

Thanks again for sharing!

Mark,
thanks for the heads up. Here is a Video Link Some good on the water footage.
I also like the scenic truck ride home with a quick catch up on the boat line.

How far off do they typ. lay with the tender boat?

God Bless your whole crew this Christmas

Mark,
Always a class act!!! Nice video. Glad to see the Ole Cal Park still is a great producer. I am looking forward to using Stewart's 2 man MLB layout for some bluebill and sea duck action next week. Counting the days my Brotha!!!!

Mark - Jim is a good friend of mine and a heck of a sportsman. I am thankful you shared the broadwater layout gunning experience with Jim. He is still talking about it. We look forward to many hunts on the broadwater with you and our group. God bless you for all you do for the great sport of waterfowling! Pat

Dear brother Eric,

Thank you for your lovely reply. It has been too long since we stared over promising waters together. I will always remember that flock of nearly 100 Cans that paid you a visit in the layout boat, one morning.

Thanks too, for your unwavering support for the business. Most importantly, thank you for your friendship.

God Bless you and your lovely family, this Christmas Season.

Dear Bridget and Blake,

I am glad that you liked the video clip. Perhaps this upcoming year, we can get you and Blake into the 2 man Kalash so that you can experience layout hunting, firsthand.

I hope to see you both at the MLB Upland hunt in March.

God Bless you and your lovely family, this Christmas season.

Mark

Dear Bob,

Thanks for your comments. I was wondering if anyone was going to comment on the scenery while in the truck. Living here all my life, I have grown accustomed to the Steel and Oil industry as a backdrop. One thing is for sure... when they come down to our end of Lake Michigan, the ducks and geese don't mind. Thank God for that!

God Bless!

Mark

Dear brother Jim,

Thank you for your kind words.

I too am looking forward to next week. We'll definitely be into some great adventure, and soon!

God Bless you and your lovely family, this Christmas Season!

Dear Mark and Pat,

Thank you for the compliments.

Jim Crowley is a class act, and a strong Christian person. It was great to share a day with him. My Godson Johnny sure enjoyed it as well. He showed the clip to his little nephews. They think Johnny is a TV star now (hehe).

God Bless you and yours, this Christmas season!
