Jim Higgins is still alive. I spent a weekend in Tuckerton with him.

Great guy and an excellent decoy carver. That guy can carve a duck!

Nate,Yes Jim is a great guy,and one of the best decoy carvers in the country.I eish I could be half as good.
Jim's a great friend and has spent many of his christmas vacations from teaching going to Deal Island,Maryland duck hunting with me,staying with some great friends of mine Gilbert and Anna may Abbott in Monie.
Jim and the boys spent many a week end flyfishing the rapid river with me,my mom haveing an apartment in mexico,me..
that he and his family could stay at
