decoy carvers tom taber decoys?

Tom Taber used to make many "special edition" decoys years ago for Ducks Unlimited and other oganizations... Taber Decoys are collectible, especially the wood decoys made in the 1980's. I heard it read somewhere that Mr. Taber passed away a few years ago.
