The Adirondack DU Chapter in conjunction with the Lake Placid Center of the Arts will host a decoy carving workshop instructed by Bill Sarni. It will be held August 3rd 4th & 5th, from 9am to 1 pm. August is a special time in the dacks...bring a boat and a rod for the afternoons the fishing is great.
 
I'm too far away to participate but thanks for the link. The shots of his workshop are great. Looks like a combination of a carving shack and decoy museum.
 
You bet! My favorite time of summer,my club members are starting to leave for home and I can start thinking about closing it down and get ready for the up coming season.
