I have some urethane heads I bought awhile ago and now want to use them I have tried several differant primers and cant get anything to stick... anyone have some tips or tricks just looking for a little help.. i appreciate any advice thanks

I suggest that you sand them down. A lot of utherane foam decoys have a shiny skin on the outside that paint will not adhere to. It is my experience that if you rough up that skin the paint will adhere.

Check out workingdecoys.net, as this issue has been discussed a bunch.

Just as a follow up, if the heads are brown (bare urethane skin), you MUST sand them (removing the skin) in order to get paint to stay on the heads.
Who manufactured those heads of yours? You, a friend or commercially manufactured? That'll help with advice.

not sure bought them awhile ago at a waterfowl festival by saginaw bay

Saginaw Bay Show? We've been at that show along with a couple other head manufacturers.
What color are the heads? Gray or Brown? What's the color of the base of the head?
