Decoy i.d. help, please

This first decoy was purchased by my father from an estate auction in Peoria, Il around the early 70's. I am hoping someone can give me a bit of info on it.

This next decoy shows the name of the carver, town and date, however I am having trouble finding ANY information on it.

Second decoy is Alan Eastman of Queenstown, MD. I doubt you will find much online for him. I would see him at decoys show on the east coast from time to time. Super nice guy, even own a few decoys of his myself.
 
Does that first one say Wisconsin to anyone else?

Byron, Could you post up larger pics? The angles you have are good (body profile, head profile and bottom) but it is hard to see any detail.
