Do it all boat?

My solution in mind is a 10' yak I can manage to get in the boat. At least if I roll out the water isn't deep! In the deer stand now but planning on stopping by the blind location for another look when I leave. Love being back in the woods!

I love my little kayak. I dont have near as much as you all do on the east coast in regards to cool little boats. I settled on an ascend h12 yak and got their blind kit to hunt out of. I cannot remember the company I went with, but because this yak has a rail system, I put two little spud pole systems on the rail system. I just carry the poles with me and when I get the yak where I want to hunt, a pole goes on each side. It makes it incredibly stable for when I need to get in and out. The only downside is its a single person per kayak. But I could easily get 2 in my duck boat if I needed to plus the dog and gear.

Make some mud patterns or possibly buy some Mudder Boots for walking in those spots.

I wasn't familiar with the term "mud patterns". I had to look it up. Interesting concept. Going to give this a try.
