Drake wader pants question

I just purchased a pair of Drake wader pants and was wondering if anyone else has these. I've had great experiences with past Drake gear and thought these would be nice.

My question - how warm as these things? They are micro fleece lined but feel pretty lightweight. My desire is to wear these under my waders in both the early and the late season. I figure it is time to upgrade from my ugly powder slate blue sweat pants. I mean if you can't look good getting to and from the swamp, why go hunting?

My concern is that these will be too warm. Early season I wear just the sweat pants and in the late season I was wearing some hefty long johns with the sweat pants.

Thanks -

Mark

In early season I would just wear the longjohns and late season I would use both I use the cabelas 400gram fleece wader liners in late season and just polypro long johns early season fleece is warmer then you think even more so if you were wearing cotton sweatpants cotton is the devil in late season

I've been thinking about getting those pants for a few years.
My problem is I've gone all these years just wearing wranglers and my tighty whities and been fine.
I have a good set of neoprene waders and I am too warm in the early season and comfortable when
we get to single digits or less.
I am very happy with all the Drake gear I have, John

If you just want to know how good you look getting to and from the swamp, you'll have to send some photos!

I'll try to remember to get a picture just for you Rick. You won't be able to see me though remember - I'm in camo.
