Looks like a fun day! The bluebills have been pretty absent down here. No longer chilling off Steve's dock like they used to by the thousands. Sad state of the river.

Lesser or Greaters?

Like Dani noted, scaup seem to be more and more scarce down here on the Gulf Coast, we just don't get them like we used to. And when we do, its late in the season or in February.
 
I don't want to say exactly where, but I know where about 675,000 of them are grouped in one very small area. so some made it to the coast, it has been glorious since Christmas.
