Duck Stamp Rules Change

The feds recently made a permanent change to require that duck stamp contest entries include a waterfowl hunting theme or depiction of a hunting accessory in recognition of duck hunters' huge contribution to conservation.

A lot of "Auduboners" will not like this, but that's just fine. See attachment for more details.
