The crack below was a result of running into a sharp submerged object. The crack developed on the inside of the hull and to a depth of ½ to ¾ the plywood thickness.
This is the method I used to repair the hull.
I routed out a rectangular area ½ the plywood thickness that extended past the crack by approximately 1.5” in all directions. I then chiseled out any area in the crack, to sound plywood, that was deeper than the routed cut.
The chiseled area was then filled with “peanut butter” thickened epoxy.
