DUCKBOAT SHOW & Waterfowl Festival - October 30 on LI

Here is the info on the South Shore Waterfowlers Association annual event. Although a bit older than Tuckerton, it is a much smaller sibling. I try to make it every year (I know I missed Year 1 and maybe Year 2 - and I bailed a few years ago when Superstorm Sandy was bearing down on her. We crossed the Throggs Neck Bridge just hours before all NYC bridges were closed to all traffic.)

I plan/hope to bring my re-built Sneakbox RED-LEG - and look forward to meeting more duckboats.net members there. It's always best to get there during the morning hours.

Great seeing you Steve - It also was a fun day spent with waterfowl activities, meeting up with some duckboat.net members, seeing and chatting with some out of town friends that stop by, checking out other duckboats and gleaning new ideas to improve my boat, great raffle prizes and good vendors. Thanks to South Shore Waterfowlers for putting this together.
