EPS Foam Bead Supplier???

I received a very generous offer from a site member to let me borrow a couple of decoy & head molds.
However, the supplier that I know of (R&R Outdoors) no longer sells EPS beads.
Does anyone know of any suppliers for relatively small quantities of EPS beads?
Probably looking ordering 50 pounds for bodies plus whatever I need for 4dzn heads.

The haz-mat rating is a killer on shipping:

Yes, the quote came from Randy. Not sure why they used kg's, but no big deal.

Base price without shipping from IASCO/TESCO is $280.00/100 pounds. Not sure about shipping yet.
 
Just spoke with Randy, they us KG's because of so much international business.
Shipping EPS is a pain, just use urethane foam, Works just as well and no shipping hassles.

To bad your not closer, I could pick it up for you there basically my neighbor.

Look in the phone book. Somewhere Mobile there is a company making foam insulation or other items from EPS. I have done that in the past where I lived and bought it by the pound. The other option is to ask one of the suppliers to let you know of someone near Mobile where they ship the foam.
My two cents but if you look hard enough you will find it locally.

I believe my partners bought stuff years back from foster grant, in Baltimore, md., at least that is what Bob said to me.. No knowing whether they are still in busines, or whether they are still in bal'mor
 
What exactly did you use for your search? I tried "eps foam Mobile, AL" and didnt get any good leads.

Carl, I used eps foam Mobile, Al. you will want to call users of eps to see if you can acquire a "small" amount from them. may take some calls. Makers of styrofoam dock blocks may be the best source. good luck.
