we are hwew-nice lunch-ateak, medium RARE-salad,nice mix of smoked duck and fish--patos tomorrow morning. will keep you all abreast of events as the week goes .

a good mix of patos for the four hombres, with the largest number being chiloes-until todY, I had not heard them quack, but the hens have a little one small numbers of cucharas, barcinos, and maiceros..We celebrated bob's cumpleanos today with a roast piglet, veggies, great tater salad, and a birthday cake filled with plum preserves--afternoon shoot was for perdiz, with staandards and colorados taken, along with two of the rocket hares, one armadillo, and a pigeonzilla--will keep you all abreast of the goings from day to day---got to use the corks and added a new maicero and a pato colorado-cinnamon to the rig down here. ice in ponds this morning, but there was enough movement in the dekes to keep all busy--For those who have been blessed with this trip, we shot behind La Gringa this morning--some of the big loagoons are DRY this year! all for ahora buenos noches.

ballard, no coscorobas yet-lots if cucharas tidat, along with widgeon, some sprig, silver teal, a few barcinos, and some super nice cinnamons in the afternoon--off to hynt dove and pigeon at the church in the afternoon tomorrow-river hunting tomorrow for widgeon, barcino, colorados,and sprig--buenos noches, hombres y chicas

icy in the river this morning---great variety of ducks---here is 1the good part---Elvin is now capitan capybarra-shot a BIG capy this morning---new comidas for us tomorrow,,,,our buds had a great afternoon with lievres and perdiz tomorrow, off to a largee laguna for patos The capy was a BIG critter! vERY narrow ruver this morning with icy conditions-patos coming in both directions-had to switch to a full open this morning! good day for barcinos, sprig
 
slow day today-good variety, including pochards, but we think the birds left this particular lagoon--will hunt behind the estancia tomorrow--Steve, wee cazamos muchos..just come on after we get back here
 
I forgot to mention, we had capybarra for dinner laqst night---andrew zimmern, eat your heart out! Nice moning on la campo.with a good mix-afternoon, bob and i went back to a blind and had a GREAT widgeon shoot--the overos really reacted will to the stool--tim and mike went for perdiz with elvin and enrico--we could hear the shooting, and within two hours, heard giovanni saying something about no more perdiz colorados-Sasha was really on her game---left bob in the blind and went with giovanni to b j to shop-now am the owner of a fine llama poncho..one more morning, then off to ezezia afor the return--all over too quickly--tikm did some neat videography, which i will be anxious to see. buenos noches
