Looks great Kevin! Just pull in throw out some decoys and pour your coffee. No work to building a blind this season. I love my Estuary. River and I have spent many a overnight hunts in it. And decoys she will hold more than enough.

What kind of speeds are getting with the Estuary?
Just curious and realize it's secondary to anything that matters.

Gary and Kevin,
A better question I should have asked is:
"What is the distance from the floor boards to contact with the dodger spray shield?".
On my Chuck Huff it is 30" from the floor boards I made to the dodger. Very nice and doable but a little low for my 6'4" frame.

Kevin, Nice job with the grass! She'll hide like she's not even there! We got to get together on a hunt this year.
 
When I hunt with Kevin, he keeps pulling decoys out by the bag full. Then I find out he got the basement option in that boat of his. The estuary is a tank for sure.
Picked up my MLB Huff at the Tuckerton show. Got some work to do and she'll be ready.
Gary, River looks great up there. Gotta try my AWS Curly on my Huff. Love them brown dogs!! Right Nick?
 
Wow, looks like you got the shears out! Awesome job.

I've been thinking about slicing and dicing a sheet of that stuff, but I wasn't sure if I believed that it wouldn't come unraveled. Any secrets or just start cutting? Use a tin snips / side cutter?

Nick, it does not come unraveled. I used five full sheets; two for the aft deck, two for the spray dodger and one for the forward deck. I also took an older piece that I had laying around and filled in a few spots. I used tie wraps to secure it to the dodger and the grass rails hold it firmly to the decoy racks. Once it was all on there I trimmed it up a bit with pruning shears. But you can use scizzors as well. If you rinse off the mud and let it dry it should last the season maybe two.............Kevin
