Favorite photo's of 2009

If you don't make your living as a photographer, you should be. I have never seen a better photograph of a mallard. Those are spectacular.

Outstanding Gary. Any one of those could be a photo of the year.

But I agree with Nick: the doe and fawn is my favorite. Your timing in catching the pose at just the right moment is remarkable: the doe is alert, but the fawn seems confident.

Of course, the facial expression on the "Mr. Bill" crappie is priceless.

I hope that you never stop posting photographs to this forum! The photos you share are truly outstanding.

What? The courting swans photo didn't make the cut for favorite photos of the year?!!! It is a one-in-a-million. Actually several of the photos you included in this post are one-in-a-million!

Gary, those photos are phenomenal. Too many great shots to have just one or two favorites. However, I want you to know how much I liked the Rufous male. Hummers do get my attention. You nailed that shot. Congratulations on the great work.
