federal duck stamp problems

Purchased and printed Md. liscense on line from Md. DNR website last week. Liscense good for 45 days without physical stamps affixed. Script on liscense state that you have purchased stamps. Stamps are mailed to you. Received federal stamp today thru a contracted vendor site. Still waiting on Md. stamp.
