Read the summary,
Sounds like an expensive and mostly unenforcable nightmare. This kind of crap doesn't end handgun or any other kind of gun violence. Knowing that there will be swift and appropriate justice for committing any crime does. Give more money to hire more and better cops, guard our borders, and leave me and my guns the hell alone. Hope the NRA gets to work on this ASAP. I already have a call into my Congressman and I strongly suggest the rest of us do the same.
