Rob,
That is awesome. Its a great feeling when you pick up that bird and see that shiny leg band. Only had 2 my whole life but its a good feeling. You are cleaning up with that new boat and that sweet set up you have rigged on it. Way to go.

A quick question I am looking at getting a new duck call I want something that sounds good but won't break the bank. I see you use the yentzen. My question is on there website they have a few they have the original and one that's newer what one do you use? Do you really like it or is there another call out there that you like better? Thanks for the info and I hope the rest of you season goes as well as your early season.

Thanks Chris. I Love my older Yentzen calls from the 1970's. I see that Sure Shot Calls is making a Classic Yentzen again. I have not seen or used one of the New Classics. I do LOVE the old Classic.

My oh my but the duck gods are with you. Congratulations, Rob. Keep it up. Just think how many shots that bluewing drake must have had chasing his tail but nothing connected until he made a swing past your decoys. Very cool. By the way, what brand of call is that in the pic?
Al

Cool Rob! Teal bands are special. BTW, the DC teal call is my call too. It sounds the best and blows easy. Hitch
