As a funeral director, I often see things like this hidden from the public. Though this is quite unfortunate for the deceased and the family, a picture like this can really make people stop and think about what their doing.

Reminds me of those films we saw in a tractor/farm safety course. PTO shaft off the back of a tractor can do some serious damage. I remember here a guy speak that got both arms caught in a running corn picker, shredded both arms off, but he lived through it.
 
Phil, Thanks, just sent my son off to work at my BIL's machine shop, made him look at it. It got his attention! I am sure he will make his fellow workers look at it. It sure makes you think!!
